1. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days (including weekends) after receiving your order. Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable, see policy no. 5.

2. All returns outside Nairobi shall warrant your shipping/delivery expense on your part.

3. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

4. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team via website chat or email, and they will guide you through the process or look for a return link on your email order receipts.

5. All food, hair shampoos, conditioners, make-up and other cosmetic oils are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. A photo or video MAY be required as evidence in processing your return/refund.
