SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 business day and orders within Nairobi, Kenya are delivered on the same day for orders placed before 5pm and 2+ weeks for orders outside Nairobi and Kenya in general. Some products are shipped from our East African and China warehouses, which may take up to 2 months to be shipped to you, and details are available in the descriptions of those specific products.

Orders with products that have different shipping times will be delivered at once, when the latest product arrives. We encourage you to be patient with any delays that may occur.

We prioritise all local and international orders and encourage you to be patient when political and economic disruptions affect our set delivery and shipping times.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders within Nairobi are delivered via Uber Connect while orders outside Nairobi are shipped via DHL. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES

Products displayed in our Kilimani store have a free shipping label at checkout, on orders delivered within Nairobi. However, items shipped from our warehouse partners shall warrant a shipping fee, due to costs incurred in transportation.
